A disgraced cop has enemies in his unit and on the street. So when a bomb is strapped to his daughter and placed in the back of his squad car, he doesn't know who to blame. But there's no time to sift through enemies. He's got to find the trigger - a needle in a haystack - before the bomb detonates.
